1915 : Regiment dismounted and moved to Gallipoli, landing at
Suvla Bay on 2nd September 1915, becoming attached to 2nd
Mounted Division.

December 1915 : evacuated from Gallipoli and moved to Egypt.

1916 : Brigade absorbed into 1st Dismounted Brigade, on Suez Canal defences.

1916 : 1/1st and 1/2nd Regiments formed 13th (Scottish Horse Yeomanry)
Battalion, the Black Watch.

1916 ; moved to Salonika, and joined 81st Brigade, 27th
Division.

1918 : moved to France.
July
1918 : transferred to 149th Brigade, 50th Division.

Formed
in August and September 1914, attached to 2/1st Scottish Horse Mounted
Brigade.
Remained
in United Kingdom until moving to Ireland in April 1918, where then remained.
Converted into cyclist units in July 1916.

Formed
in 1915. Remained in United Kingdom until disbanded in early 1917.
